Returns & Refunds

At Lumière & Robe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your nightwear, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form (sent with your order)
  4. Ship the package to our returns center (address provided with your RA)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded
