We make every effort to display our nightwear (including nightgowns, robes, camisoles, pajama sets, and slip dresses) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate regarding color, texture, or detail.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. Sale items are final sale unless defective.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Paris, France.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms
